What you share with us

Payments handled with care
Payments are processed through payment service providers. We keep the details needed to manage your enrollment and payment records, such as the course, amount, currency, payment status and transaction reference. We do not store complete payment card details.

Upskillment welcomes learners from around the world. Because our platform and service providers may operate internationally, your information may be processed in a country other than where you live. Where required, international transfers are subject to applicable data protection rules and safeguards.
Looking after your information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide learning access, maintain certificates, offer support, meet legal obligations and address legitimate business needs. We use access controls and database security policies to help protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

You can ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information by emailing info@upskillment.com. We will review your request in line with applicable requirements. Certain records may need to be kept for legal, fraud-prevention or certification reasons.
Supporting younger learners
Upskillment is primarily designed for adult and professional learners. If a learner is below the age at which they can consent under applicable law, appropriate parent or guardian consent is required.
